Hamlet

Hey have not been on blog in awhile but happy i am back on. The film Hamlet that was shown in last class was good. Its been a while that I have seen Hamlet or read the book but the modern film was interesting even though i was trying to keep up with the dialogue. I guess that i am not used to shakepeare's way of conveying his messages through all the characters but after i seen it for the second time in class. It started to make more sense to me. It reminded me of the modern day R0meo and Juliet. Hamlet was one of the good films that we have seen in class so far. And how they incorparted Bill Murray I have always watched him in films and he plays more of a comedian so it was weird to see him in a more serious atmosphere. Hamlet and his over dramatic way of dieing was interesting but in a good way. I want to see the film again so maybe i can raise some more questions about this modern Hamlet.
