Storytelling: Fiction/ Nonfiction

I'm sorry I'm late!!! I think Fiction was very interesting because the girl who was in the seminar class wanted to be "liberal" in a way. She wanted people to know that she doesn't discriminated against anyone. She wanted the professor to know that she doesn't discriminate, in a way I knew that the professor knew that she was a type of person that likes to express she is open minded or else she would think that people will look at her as a racist or prejudice. The professor had other victims like her in his writing seminar class too, which he likes to take advantage of their vulnerability. Nonfiction was a typical rural suburban rich family, some of the scenes was unexpected. At first I was thinking that this movie is boring but then it got interesting because as he was getting documented his life became more interesting. And the whole thing about the lady Consuelo killing the family for revenge was funny.... well not funny but unexpected again.

  1. well better late than never...

we'll be having a discussion class next week so we can talk more about how Storytelling shifts our perceptions and sympathy back and forth on the characters. I also want people to think about the issue of "fiction" and "nonfiction"...and that telling statement from the writing professor: 'The minute you write it down it's all fiction'...
