I had some trouble with my connection last week, I kept getting knocked off. It seems to be working at this current moment. The film that was showed last class was somewhat interesting. This was my first experience watching still shots and this film kept my interest.
I hope you can get your connection straightened out. Also, once the class gets a few more sessions under its belt, this log will seem more second nature (I hope!)...
